Did you know that over 40% of creators struggle to find reliable sources of income online? Making an extra income online can be overwhelming, because there seems to be a million and ones ways to do it. So in today’s blog post, we are taking out the overwhelm, and focusing on one simple income stream. And that’s where Syncvault comes in. I’ve personally tried and tested Syncvault before writing this blog post, to ensure accuracy and be able to give an honest review.
So, who are Syncvault? Syncvault is a management platform that brings artists and creators together. Essentially, artists will have a budget in place to promote their new music. Creators can then join the campaigns to promote the songs and earn from each promotion. Syncvault is the management platform for running these campaigns and managing the creators.
Creators on Youtube, TikTok and Instagram can create an account with Syncvault. Once you have created your account with Syncvault, and been verified, you can browse all of the current campaigns. Each individual campaign will list the budget available, and a list of instructions on how to participate and upload your content for completion. Usually, I listen to all of the songs available and pick out the ones that would work well with my upcoming content that I already have scheduled. I then save the songs and add them to the video. Once the video has been uploaded, I copy the URL, upload it to syncvault and await payment.
Syncvault is a dedicated platform for managing promotional campaigns, giving you the time and energy to do what you do best. Create. Creators spend countless hours pitching to brands in the hopes they may land themselves a brand deal. Syncvault streamlines the collaboration between artists and creators, saving you time.
Syncvault use a ‘step by step’ process with each campaign, ensuring each creator can clearly see the steps needed in order to complete the collaboration with ease and efficiency. Their user-friendly interface makes it easy for any creator to navigate their way around the site, finding campaigns suitable.
Only creators on Tiktok, Youtube and Instagram can join Syncvault. Simply connect your accounts when you create an account on Syncvault and await verification. Whilst there is no ‘minimum’ threshold to join Syncvault, as payments are done via ‘views’ and not ‘followers’. You can expect to get verified on youtube with 1,000 followers, and 5,000 on TikTok. Verification usually takes around 24 hours.
You should know that all songs you use are claim free. Meaning you have the rights to use the songs in your content without receiving any copyright claims on your videos. As long as you publish the video before the ‘use by date’. Each campaign will give you the ‘use by date’ so you can keep on track.
You can only use music from Syncvault for editorial content. Do not use any songs on videos that are sponsored by other brands, affiliate links, or any other paid videos. Basically editorial content is content where you’re not trying to sell something.
Each campaign will have a different budget for each song. At the time of application, you can see how much of the budget has already been paid out, and how much of the budget is left. The budget is paid per views, the more views, the higher the payment. You will be able to see clearly how much of the budget is paid out on views. That is another great quality that Syncvault has, the interface is very easy to use and navigate. The instructions to every campaign are very clear and easy to understand. On average creators earn between $20 – $50 per video.

Overall, I think Syncvault is a great way to earn an additional income from content I’m already creating and publishing to my social media channels. There’s a huge range of music to choose from, and you can get creative to incorporate songs to fit your scheduled content. One thing I will add in, is to make sure the song choices really enhance your content. It’s not worth a quick payout at the cost of low quality content. Your audience should be your number one priority, and use the music from Syncvault to boost the quality of your video.
