2. Use of Service
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book one of our trips.

3. Bookings and payments
3.1 a contract shall not arise until either a deposit payment all the full balance payment has been made, and the participant has received confirmation of the booking
3.2 to secure a booking at participants must either:
a. Pay the full balance amount at the time of booking; or
b. Pay a deposit and subsequently pay the final balance in monthly instalments. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified deadline. Are you to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, coping travel Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequent all, or pundit of damages, or any loss of profits of revenues, whether incur directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (I) your use of inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorised access to all use of all services and/or any personal information stored there in; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service.
7. Governing law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Cancellation policy
8.1 One participant cancellations: participants who wish to cancel their booking must submit a written cancellation request to the company cancellation fees may apply.
8.2 Company Cancellations: the company reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters or insufficient bookings. In such cases, the company will provide participants with a full refund but will not be liable for any additional compensation.
9. Refund policy
9.1 all deposits and payments on non-refundable
9.2 if you cancel a trip more than 90 days from the trip start date, you may transfer your deposit and any payments made to future trip, or another qualifying traveller.
9.3 if you cancel a trip less than 90 days from the trip start date, the cancellation fee is 100%. And all funds made a non-transferable.

10. Service Failure
10.1 In the event we are unable to provide any of the services included in your package, for reasons outside of our control, we will offer a suitable alternative arrangements at no extra cost to you. If it is not possible to provide an alternative of equivalent of higher quality, we will offer you a price reduction or a refund, as appropriate.
10.2 Should a significant proportion of the services not be provided as agreed, you will be entitled to terminate the contract without penalty and receive a full refund, in accordance with the package travel and linked arrangements regulations 2018.
11. Acceptance of terms
By booking a great trip with us, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
12. Waiver
By participating in any activities or trips organised by the company, participants acknowledge and agree to sign any necessary waivers or release form is provided by the company. These waivers release the company, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the activities, except in cases of and gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Failure to sign the required waivers prior to the trip starting, will result in the participant being unable to join the trip, without entitlement to a refund.
13. Changes to terms and conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
